Paris, Oct. 6. . . The order of the archbishop of Paris for
singing Te Deum upon the taking of Bergen-op zoom, concludes
in the following manner:  After having acquitted ourselves
of the duties which religion requires of us, upon account of
an event which has gloriously put an end to the campaign,
let us return thanks to our divine benefactor, for
preserving the King. . .
