Edinburgh, June 16.  Letters are all full of accounts of the
rebels laying down their arms, and say, that the number of
cannon taken by the Duke, which were brought from France,
amount to . . .  besides 7200 broad swords, a great number
of targets, drums, fifes, and other warlike instruments.
