Turin, October 15. His Majesty is return'd hither from the
army, and on the 13th caus'd Te Deum to be sung for the
signal advantages obtained over the Spaniards. The Vaudois,
who pursued them after their defeat, have taken 12 pieces of
cannon, all the furniture belonging to the infant Don
Philip's Chapel, and 400 mules, laden with very rich
baggage. it is thought they suffered more by this unlucky
accident, than they did in the action, our people having cut
off abundance off men.
