From the Public Advertiser, Apr 4. . . If one present
patriotic Lord Mayor, is to be called to the Upper House
(which we hear is on the tapis) it will be by the stile and
title of Judas Lord Sugarcane; in the mean time we hear the
Herald's Office has been searched for the Family arms, and
finds them to be three sugar loaves, with a chevron of
puncheon staves; the crest a Negro's head upon a spike, and
the supporters a drummer on the dexter side, and a camp-
trull on the left, with this motto underneath, "These are
the "Scum of the Earth."
