London. . . March. 23.  Yesterday about noon a number of
merchants and tradesmen of this city set out from the Royal
Exchange, in their carriages, in order to present an address
to his Majesty. . . the mob shewed them many marks of their
resentment, by hissing, groaning, throwing dirt, &c. A dumb
peal was rung as they passed by Bow Church: . . .
