An abstract of the method of electing an Emperor, together
with an account of his power and authority.
  The number of Electors are nine, viz. 1. The Bishop of
Mentz, who is Great Chancellor of the Empire. . . [17 lines]
9. The Duke of Brunswick-Hanover, our most excellent
Sovereign, George II who was added to the Electoral College
in 1693. . . [12 lines, method of election:]  They come in
the morning to the town house; they take horse and march to
St. Bartholomew's Church.  Divine service beginning, at the
singing of the hymn of Veni Creator the Protestant Electors
withdraw till [   ] is over, after which they return and
take the following oath, with the rest, at the alter, viz. .
