London, February 9.  They write from Stuttgard, that Suss
the Jew, heretofore Privy-Counsellor and President of the
Chamber of Finances to the late Duke of Wirtemburg, was
hang'd there the 4th of this month, . . . [16 lines
describing the execution]  He would fain have spoke to the
people when he was upon the ladder, but he was hindered by
the noise of drums.
