Hamburg, July 17. . .  The Duke of Mecklemburg having
received news of the death of his spouse, shut himself up
for two days in his chamber and would see no body.  His
Highness has ordered all the bells in the churches of his
dutchy to be tolled for six weeks, and to go into mourning
for a year; . . .
