A Discourse on Wisdom; particularly Publick Wisdom, so
necessary at this time.
. . . [2 columns discussion, then:]
'Tis but last week, that the Craftsman quoted Shakespear to
shew, that we were on the brink of ruin; that we were leas'd
out, and had made a conquest of ourselves; and his
correspondent says, that the quotation deserved a place in
his Journal at this juncture, because 'tis a speech of John
of Gannt's, representing the grievances of the nation, under
one of our most happy Princes. . .
