We hear that the French King and the Parliament are
perfectly reconciled, and that the French are arming without
sounding the trumpet,  augmenting their garrisons on the
frontiers of Germany, fitting their magazines getting a
train of artillery in readiness, fitting bombs, cannonades,
&c.
