Registration Information

Only full-time registrants will be considered.

We do not consider gender in our admissions.

All registrations received by March 27 (for special courses, March 20) were processed together. Registrations received now are considered in order of receipt. Check Schedule & Fees for availability.

At our family weeks each age grouping has a maximum number of spaces available. All other weeks accept anyone age 15 and up. We sometimes accept a limited number of children at these weeks; so please call if you are interested. Applicants under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Schedule & Fees

We prefer payment by check (payable in US Funds to CDSS); we also accept Mastercard and VISA. Registration Forms may be mailed, delivered, e-mailed or faxed to the CDSS office. For registrations after March 27, Registration Status Forms will be sent out within a week.

Pay by check:
If you choose not to send full payment with your registration, a deposit of $150/individual/week must accompany each registration.
Pay by credit card: We will take the deposit (plus any membership payments and donations) upon receipt and charge the balance on the due date.

Full payment for sessions starting before August 1: due May 20
Full payment for sessions starting on or after August 1: due June 20

Late payments will be charged a $25 fee.

Deposits/payments are cashed upon receipt and held as long as registrants are accepted or choose to remain on a wait list. In the case of cancellation from the wait list or from a session, a refund will be issued for the appropriate amount.

Cancellations [Back to Top]

If you must cancel, please let us know as soon as possible; we often have someone on a waiting list eager to attend. If you cancel from the wait list, your entire deposit will be refunded. If you are accepted and cancel more than 8 weeks before the session starts, we will retain $75 per person to a maximum of $150 per application. If you cancel between 8 and 2 weeks before the session starts, we will retain $150 per person to a maximum of $300 per application. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the session starts, we will retain $300 per person to a maximum of $600 per application. In the event of cancellation without notification, the entire fee will be retained. Registrations are not transferable.
