In your attached description, you'll want to include:
- The purpose of your project — what you hope it will accomplish
- Names and roles of key people involved, e.g. organizers, staff members
- Description of participants: approximately how many, from what geographical range
- Content: topics that will be covered, leadership opportunities offered, etc.
- How the support from CDSS Outreach Funds will be used
- Budget, including expected revenues and expenses
To apply for scholarship funding to attend a non-CDSS program, please address topics provided in the 
Scholarship Request instead.
To apply for a mentorship grant, please submit a copy of your Mentorship Agreement instead.
